Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Manage month-end and year-end close processes and prepare accurate financial statements
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost accounting processes
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Lead financial reporting and analysis to support executive decision-making
Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize cost structures
Manage audits and liaise with external auditors
Implement and maintain ERP systems; SAP Business One experience strongly preferred
Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
Manufacturing industry experience required
Proficiency in SAP Business One or similar ERP systems
Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial analysis
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
CPA preferred but not required
Experience working with big-box retailers (Walmart, Lowe's, etc.) is a strong plus
