Premium Audit Intern
CopperPoint Insurance Companies is a leading provider of workers’ compensation and commercial insurance solutions. They are offering a 12-week paid internship for a Premium Auditor, where the intern will learn to conduct and complete insurance premium audits for Workers Compensation and General Liability policies while supporting the Premium Audit team.

Responsibilities
Learning basic manual rules for workers compensation and general liability lines of coverage
Learn the end-to-end process on completing an insurance premium audit
Learning how to complete a final audit within our audit and underwriting systems
Support our Data Analyst and Trainer with reports and workload inventory management
Additional / Ad-hoc assistance as needed by the team
Qualification
Required
A current college undergraduate pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and related software, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills with an emphasis in reviewing and interpreting data
Good interpersonal skills to quickly develop trust, creditability, and respect from all levels of staff
Good verbal and written communication skills
Interest in pursuing a career in the insurance industry post-graduation
Benefits
The intern will accrue 0.0692 of Paid Time Off (PTO) per paid hour.
