Responsibilities

Assist with painting, surface patching, and minor drywall repairs as needed throughout the facility

Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report findings appropriately

Support basic troubleshooting and upkeep of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components

Replace damaged ceiling tiles and install emergency lighting equipment as directed

Cut and install various flooring materials and ceiling tiles with precision

Perform light electrical tasks such as replacing batteries in devices and button panels

Participate in general facility turnover efforts, preparing interior spaces for use

Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply closets, maintenance areas, and storage rooms

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and organizational standards

Required

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver's license

Basic knowledge of mechanical and building systems

Ability to safely operate hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently

Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, use ladders, and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers

Preferred

1+ year of general maintenance, facilities support, or related experience
