Responsibilities
Create and manage indirect purchase requisitions in NetSuite
Review requisitions for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
Support Test Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams by entering requisitions from spreadsheets
Communicate with buyers when requisitions are approved and ready for PO creation
Track purchase orders and deliveries to ensure materials reach requestors on time
Help resolve daily receiving issues within 24 hours
Partner with receiving teams to keep operations accurate, efficient, and up to date
Verify inventory in coordination with Purchasing and Production Control
Perform floor and warehouse checks to locate materials and confirm quantities
Ensure material availability to keep production schedules on track
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including purchasing modules
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Working knowledge of purchasing and inventory management processes
Comfortable working on the production floor and in warehouse environments
Ability to wear required safety shoes
