Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School-Based
The Hope Learning Centers is a private educational institution that provides behavioral health services to children and adolescents. They are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions while collaborating with families and educators to enhance client outcomes.

Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to identify behavioral patterns and needs
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each client’s unique needs
Provide direct clinical supervision and training to RBTs and other support staff to ensure effective service delivery
Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and promote generalization of skills
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress, treatment plans, and compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Stay current with best practices and emerging research in applied behavior analysis and related fields
Qualification
Required
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
Knowledge of ethical guidelines and professional standards in applied behavior analysis
Ability to obtain and maintain any required state licensure or certification for clinical practice
Preferred
Experience working in an Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) clinic or similar clinical setting
Familiarity with educational systems and collaboration with school personnel
Experience supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Strong background in working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
Additional certifications or training in related therapeutic modalities or assessment tools
