Responsibilities

Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of structured cabling systems
Managing project schedules
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
Supervise a team
Coordinate with project stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client specifications
Providing technical expertise and mentoring team members

Required

Strong technical skills in structured cabling installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of cable types, connector terminations, and related tools and techniques

Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards, including proper handling of materials and equipment
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work in an on-site environment and flexibility to adapt to changing project needs
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications related to structured cabling and network infrastructure are advantageous

Preferred

Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
