Responsibilities
Qualify incoming leads and determine their potential as STACK users
Engage with prospective customers through various channels including phone, online chat, email, and text messaging
Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in our CRM system
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to provide a seamless experience for prospects
Continuously improve knowledge of STACK's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to leads
Qualification
Required
A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Associate's degree required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree a plus
Experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
