Responsibilities
Help process a collective volume of 7,000 to 10,000 invoices weekly
Perform daily operations within NetSuite to maintain real-time accuracy
Execute high-volume matching of invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips
Serve as a 'gatekeeper' to ensure all automated expenses and vendor payments are recorded correctly to avoid P&L discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Ability to process a collective volume of 7,000 to 10,000 invoices weekly
Perform daily operations within NetSuite to maintain real-time accuracy
Execute high-volume matching of invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips
Serve as a 'gatekeeper' to ensure all automated expenses and vendor payments are recorded correctly to avoid P&L discrepancies
Resilient & Adaptable in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Comfortable with a pace of 100–200+ invoices per day
Tech-Savvy with recent experience in relevant software
Team-Oriented and enjoys a collaborative office culture
Available to start immediately without a standard two-week notice
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite or other major ERPs (Sage, Acumatica, Oracle)
