Randstad is representing an iconic Las Vegas Strip Resort that is seeking a highly technical Interim Controller to assist with the maintenance of their Non-Gaming finance operations. This role involves ensuring the financial integrity of all non-gaming revenue centers and providing critical leadership and operational support during a temporary engagement.

Responsibilities

Ownership of complex balance sheet reconciliations to ensure month-end readiness

Oversight and execution of various daily audit processes across multiple non-gaming departments

Utilizing industry-standard platforms to track and verify revenue and inventory

Qualification

Advanced ExcelInfogenesis (POS)Lodging Management SystemNon-Gaming accountingOperational supportLeadership

Required

Advanced Excel experience required. You must be an expert in pivot tables, advanced formulas, and managing large, complex datasets

Proven background in a large-scale resort or hospitality environment, specifically within a Non-Gaming accounting capacity is highly desired

We are looking for a professional who can onboard quickly and provide stability during this interim period

Preferred

Previous experience with Infogenesis (POS) and/or LMS (Lodging Management System) is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage
