Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets for OCTG casing and tubing connections
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including oilfield operators, service companies, and distributors
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the upstream oil and gas sector
Present and promote connections solutions through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and field visits
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform sales strategy and product development
Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to provide solutions tailored to customer needs
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies and profitability goals
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management
Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
Ensure compliance with all company policies, HSE standards, and ethical business practices

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Mechanical, Petroleum, or Industrial preferred)
Minimum 15 years of sales experience in OCTG, oilfield equipment, or related energy sector products
Proven track record in B2B technical sales and account management
Strong understanding of casing, tubing, and connections technologies (API, semi-premium, premium)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally (up to 50%)

Preferred

Established network of customers and contacts within the oil & gas upstream market
