Required

Two or more (2) years of BAS/DDC control systems experience installing, troubleshooting and repair of HVAC/ automated control systems which control HVAC equipment such as roof top units, air handlers, VAV boxes, heat pumps, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, boilers, and heat exchangers

Valid driver license

Strong knowledge of HVAC, automated control systems, energy management systems

Strong knowledge and practical experience with troubleshooting, repairing and calibrating BAS/DDC systems

Strong knowledge and experience with the controls concepts for the mechanical HVAC equipment in commercial buildings

Practical experience interfacing & integrating DDC systems with electrical & mechanical equipment systems in commercial buildings

Ability to read & interpret mechanical & electrical blueprints
