Responsibilities
Find the right candidates for our clients’ staffing needs by conducting phone and face-to-face interviews through our internal database, job boards, and networking
Build relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 1000 firms with the goal of making Insight Global their sole staffing services provider
Initially reach out to a prospective client to set up an introductory meeting to learn about their hiring needs and to present our service
Become engrained with the hiring manager by building relationships through meetings, lunches, and fun client events
Provide one-on-one mentorship as a Recruiter to Account Managers
Learn at your own pace through comprehensive, individualized, on-the-job training
Participate in Recruiter Training at Insight Global University at our Atlanta Headquarters during your third week
Receive continued education and training offered throughout your career at Insight Global University
Qualification
Required
A four-year college degree is required
Experience in on-campus leadership, Greek life, student organizations, athletics, internships
Outgoing, ambitious and goal-oriented personality
Willingness to learn and work hard
Ability to thrive in a social, fast-paced, competitive yet team-oriented environment
