Education Management
Responsibilities
Deliver T-Level Accounting – Prepare, teach, and assess students on the T-Level Accounting course
Support Student Success – Guide and motivate learners to achieve their full potential and meet required standards
Ensure Quality Learning – Create engaging lessons, monitor progress, and maintain high-quality learning environments
Champion Curriculum & Development – Develop schemes of work, innovate teaching methods, and contribute to marketing activities
Uphold College Values & Compliance – Promote safeguarding, equality, health & safety, and participate in training and college-wide events
Qualification
Required
Qualified in Accounting – Holds a relevant qualification at least one level above the course being taught
Experienced Educator – Recent teaching experience in accounting with strong classroom management skills
Exceptional Communication & Organisation – Demonstrates excellent verbal/written communication, organisational, prioritisation, and interpersonal skills
Technical & Professional Competence – High numeracy, proficient in Microsoft Office, handles sensitive data confidentially, and works effectively under pressure
Values-Driven & Flexible – Adheres to safeguarding, equality, and health & safety policies; able to travel, adapt hours, and maintain professional boundaries
