Responsibilities

Set direction for AM’s resiliency and continuity strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards while tailoring approaches to the unique needs of our global investment business
Provide senior-level risk advisory support on assessments, governance, issue escalation, program enhancements, and emerging threat analysis
Lead a disciplined approach to continuity planning, crisis readiness, and recovery strategy, ensuring AM is positioned to operate effectively during and after disruptive events
Oversee testing and validation of AM’s technology and vendor resiliency programs, partnering closely with Fidelity’s enterprise technology teams
Direct the review and governance of information barriers and control frameworks across business units
Drive a data-driven approach to risk identification and decision-making through automated workflows, dashboards, predictive analytics, and leading risk indicators
Represent AM Risk in enterprise working groups, governance forums, and key senior-leadership discussions

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred
Extensive experience in operational risk, business resiliency, technology risk, or related leadership roles
Strong command of data analysis
Deep understanding of continuity planning, technology recovery, and cloud resiliency practices
Experience advising senior leaders and influencing risk‑related decisions
Familiarity with Asset Management or Investment Management tech and operations
Proven leadership experience driving risk or resiliency programs at scale
Ability to translate complex risks into actionable insights for senior leaders
Excellence in executive‑level communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement
Ability to build consensus and influence across diverse business and tech teams
Strong project and program management discipline
Demonstrated ability to design metrics, dashboards, and leading indicators that inform strategic decisions
Strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills in time‑sensitive environments
