They are seeking a Molding Set-Up Technician to set up plastic injection molding machines, troubleshoot process-related problems, and support the supervision of production associates.

Responsibilities
Operate hoist to set and remove tooling from injection molding machines
Set up molding machines and equipment to predetermined specifications to produce needed parts
Organize all needed equipment into an ergonomic workstation
Process injection molding machines to meet quality standards
Troubleshoot machines using scientific molding practices
Basic computer skills needed
Clean and organize department as needed
Work in other departments as needed
Other work as directed
Qualification
Required
Set Up plastic injection molding machines and related auxiliary equipment as specified by Engineering
Trouble shoot process related problems as needed
Support the supervision of production associates
Operate hoist to set and remove tooling from injection molding machines
Set up molding machines and equipment to predetermined specifications to produce needed parts
Organize all needed equipment into an ergonomic workstation
Process injection molding machines to meet quality standards
Troubleshoot machines using scientific molding practices

Preferred
Prefer previous injection molding machine knowledge and skills
Some Technical School training
Prior Sanmina experience and systems knowledge is preferred
