Inventory Control Coordinator

Responsibilities

Receive raw materials, components, and inbound products

Verify quantities, lot numbers, and documentation

Perform system transactions for receipts and put-away

Identify discrepancies and escalate as needed

Pick and stage orders using FIFO/FEFO sequencing

Pack domestic and international shipments

Prepare cold-chain shipments using insulated packaging, dry ice, gel packs, etc

Create shipping documentation and coordinate carrier pickups

Assist with cycle counts and location audits

Support inventory reconciliation and system updates

Remove expired or damaged items from storage locations

Follow standard procedures for lot control and traceability

Qualification

Warehouse experienceCold-chain experienceForklift experienceHazardous material handlingBasic computer skillsFollow written instructions

Required

Warehouse or material handling experience

Ability to work in cold storage environments

Basic computer skills

Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs

Preferred

Forklift experience

Cold-chain experience
