Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Corporate Functions and International, aligning hiring plans with business priorities and future workforce needs
Partner with senior business and People leaders to forecast talent needs, design recruiting strategies, and deliver candidate pipelines that fuel Walmart’s transformation
Drive recruiting excellence and innovation—leveraging AI, advanced sourcing, and technology-enabled solutions to improve quality, speed, and candidate experience
Provide real-time talent market insights, hiring analytics, and predictive workforce data to shape executive decision-making and optimize recruiting performance
Oversee interview processes, recruiter capability building, vendor strategy, and systems/technology to enable a consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring experience
Build and develop a high-performing, globally distributed recruiting team, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal standards, partnering with legal, finance, and audit teams to mitigate risk and ensure readiness for audits and disclosures
Champion Walmart’s employer brand and values, serving as a brand ambassador in all candidate and market interactions
