Customer Account Representative
Talis Group Inc. is an employee-centric manufacturer, and they are adding a Customer Account Representative to their team. This role will support the sales team and be responsible for customer service, invoicing, coordinating with logistics, and production while ensuring seamless order execution and developing strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Manage and monitor customer orders from beginning to delivery
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors
Coordinate with Sales on orders and issues
Provide customers with pricing and transportation costs, including invoicing
Project individual customer requirements
Monitor inventory levels
Track shipments
Prepare forecasts of upcoming needs
Use multiple spreadsheets and systems to keep track of all activity
Support customer complaint investigations and corrective actions in coordination with Quality and Operations
Documentation, tracking, reporting
Qualification
Required
3 years' successful experience with customer service, account management, or commercial logistics operations within a manufacturing environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize job demands
Effective communication skills a must
Experience using an ERP system (Sage, a plus)
Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Background in logistics administration or financial analysis could be beneficial
