Responsibilities
Lead transportation efforts across the West Coast, including California, Oregon, and Washington
Drive business development, market positioning, and strategic growth initiatives within the transportation sector
Build and maintain strong client relationships with public agencies, owners, and key stakeholders
Provide executive oversight of transportation programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client objectives
Collaborate with project management, cost management, and project controls teams to deliver integrated services
Support proposal development, pursuit strategy, and client presentations
Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across the region
Partner with national and global leadership to align regional strategy with Currie & Brown’s broader growth objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
15+ years of experience delivering transportation or infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of large-scale public works programs
Proven experience in a leadership role within a consultancy, owner, or program management environment
Strong client-facing, business development, and relationship-management skills
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments
Preferred
PMP, PE, or similar professional certification
