Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Utilize CRM and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting data
Post job openings, review resumes, and conduct initial candidate screenings
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with the company’s culture and values
Assist with recruitment reporting and other HR-related projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition
Hands-on experience using CRM and/or ATS software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Professional, organized, and team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, or related field)
