Own the day to day support, maintenance, configuration, and optimization of SAP systems across the enterprise
Ensure system availability
Support business operations
Manage user access and roles
Partner with cross functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high performing SAP environments

Qualification

Required

2-5+ years of experience supporting SAP applications
Solid understanding of SAP security concepts, user administration, and role design
Experience with ticketing systems
Familiarity with SOX controls and audit requirements
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work in fast paced environments and adapt to evolving business needs
