Responsibilities

Leading front desk operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences across hotels, resorts, healthcare, and corporate environments using systems like Opera PMS, Maestro, Cloudbeds, or OnQ
Managing guest check-in/check-out workflows, escalations, and service recovery using best practices in hospitality standards and brand service protocols
Training and coaching front desk teams on customer service, upselling, and conflict resolution
Overseeing scheduling, staffing coverage, and labor optimization using tools
Maintaining accurate guest records, billing, and reporting while ensuring compliance with privacy and service standards

Required
