Troubleshoot casting defects and perform root cause analysis
Manage software and document control (SFMEA/PFMEA) to ensure quality standards
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of relevant experience (internship experience accepted)
Strong skills in problem solving, data analytics, and blueprint/model reading
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
Preferred
Familiarity with NX or Creo
