Lockheed Martin is seeking high performing talent in Program Management to join the F-22 Raptor release pipeline program management team. The role involves managing all phases of contract scope from inception through completion, overseeing technology development, integrating dependencies, and serving as the primary interface to the customer.

Responsibilities
Manage all phases of contract scope from inception through completion, including cost, schedule, and technical performance
Oversee technology development through fielding transition and integrate dependencies across multiple modernization technology portfolios
Manage cost/schedule/staffing and customer interactions
Serve as the primary interface to the customer for the contract scope
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree or higher education
Experience with program/project management
Active Secret Clearance
Must be US Citizen with DoD Secret Security Clearance and current update
Preferred
Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
Experience with all phases of the software engineering process, modern software development practices, Agile, DevOps, and software program management
Experience working with the USG and developing strong working relationships with Government customers
Prior experience in a defense environment
Experience working high-visibility projects and briefing to upper leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Program planning experience or experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Experience managing supplier scope
