Responsibilities
Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, or AI strategy roles
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting AI, financial services consulting, or digital transformation programs within banking or financial services
Experience with workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and change enablement across complex organizations
Familiarity with AI and automation concepts (e.g., RAG frameworks, GenAI use cases, intelligent automation, data governance)
Proficiency in documenting business processes and requirements using tools like Visio, Jira, and Confluence
Awareness of banking operations and core domains such as lending, payments, or wealth management
Understanding of compliance, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks affecting AI adoption in financial institutions
Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate strategy into action
Analytical and structured thinking with problem-solving orientation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreams
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering Technology, or related discipline required
Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate strategy into action
Analytical and structured thinking with problem-solving orientation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreams
Preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
