Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll lead analytical insights to develop and implement strategic business solutions through research, auditing, and data analysis
You’ll leverage deep expertise in risk adjustment and healthcare data - primarily Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA Commercial, to identify trends and communicate insights to senior stakeholders across the organization

Qualification

Healthcare risk adjustmentClinical codingData analysisSQLPower BIManaging prioritiesProblem-solving

Required

At least 7 years of experience in healthcare risk adjustment methodologies, clinical coding and healthcare programs
5 years of analyzing data using SQL, Power BI and other analytical tools
Strong skills in designing, interpreting complex data sets, problem-solving, and managing multiple priorities
