Responsibilities

Monitor daily cash balances and manage short-term investments to maximize returns while ensuring liquidity needs are met

Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts, identifying trends and potential risks or opportunities

Execute and record treasury transactions, including wires, ACH, and foreign exchange operations

Maintain banking relationships and support bank account management, including opening, closing, and documentation updates

Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls

Support debt management activities, including compliance reporting and covenant monitoring

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support treasury aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives

Prepare regular and ad-hoc treasury reports for management and executive leadership

Required

4+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or a related financial discipline

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

Proficiency in treasury management systems, Excel, and financial modeling

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments

Demonstrated knowledge of banking products, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements

Strategic thinking and proactive approach to identifying process improvements

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines

Ethical judgment and commitment to maintaining confidentiality

Microsoft 365

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Preferred

MBA or relevant certification (CTP) preferred

Certified Treasury Professional certification. (highly desirable)
