Responsibilities

Manage document control activities for engineering documents and data, allocate doc numbers, manage metadata, as built updates

Facilitate document review and approval workflows through Bluebeam sessions

Ensure technical documents received from vendor meet contractual VDDR expectations, Validate completeness and upload to SAP DMS and link to appropriate functional locations

Qualification

Required

8-10 years of experience in Document Control for Upstream Oil and Gas domain

Proficient in SAP DMS document management

Proficient in conducting Bluebeam sessions for document reviews

Manage document control activities for engineering documents and data like PIDs, ISOs, Electrical Schematics, Civil, Structural, Datasheets, vendor packages, test reports, fabrication packages

Create Engineering change Masters, track till closure

Allocate document numbers, maintain metadata accuracy, revision control, manage redline markups, as built updates

Facilitate document review and approval workflows through Bluebeam sessions

Ensure technical documents received from vendor meet contractual VDDR expectations, Validate completeness and upload to SAP DMS and link to appropriate functional locations

Work at North Slope for 14 consecutive days in 12 hours shift and then have next 14 days off
