Responsibilities

Lead and support continuous improvement efforts to streamline operations and enhance service delivery
Develop, track, and analyze metrics to identify trends, measure impact, and support data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with teams to interpret employee engagement survey results and implement strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and priorities
Provide guidance and training on continuous improvement tools, techniques, and best practices to build internal capacity
Partner with teams across Treasury to identify opportunities for improvement and support implementation efforts

Required

Experience facilitating process improvement initiatives using a proven methodology
Strong analytical skills with experience developing and interpreting metrics
Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and tools (e.g., survey analysis, action planning)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across teams
Commitment to inclusion, diversity, and fostering a collaborative team environment
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
No specific type or amount of experience required for Departmental Analyst 9
One year of professional experience required for Departmental Analyst 10
Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service required for Departmental Analyst P11
Three years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service required for Departmental Analyst 12
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement
