Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of Staffbase Studio, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and platform optimization
Document and maintain Staffbase processes, procedures, and best practices
Create, analyze, and report on email and intranet engagement metrics
Oversee enterprise distribution lists and ensure accurate audience segmentation
Lead planning, scheduling, and publishing of the global weekly employee newsletter
Ensure all communications align with company tone, style, and brand guidelines
Lead and support internal communications projects from initiation through execution
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to roll out communications initiatives
Provide light copywriting and editing support in accordance with AP style
Support campaign messaging, executive updates, and ad hoc internal communications needs
Qualification
Required
Extensive, recent hands-on experience with Staffbase Studio (email and intranet)
Strong knowledge of internal communications best practices
Expertise in audience segmentation and distribution list management
Recent, hands-on experience managing Staffbase Studio, including new platform functionalities
Advanced skills in segmentation, list building, and engagement analytics
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Doctorate degree OR
Master's degree and 2 years of experience OR
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience OR
Associate's degree and 8 years of experience OR
High school diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
Preferred
3–5 years of experience in internal communications within a corporate or global environment
Demonstrated technical expertise with Staffbase email, segmentation, and analytics
Understanding of employee engagement and change management principles
Experience leading internal communications initiatives
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
