Responsibilities

Own all aspects of real estate fund accounting and financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance and adherence to partnership agreements

Lead the preparation and delivery of quarterly and annual financial statements, investor reports, capital calls, and distribution notices

Oversee fund cash management, including forecasting, financing arrangements, and subscription credit facilities

Partner closely with Investor Relations to support accurate, timely, and high-quality investor communications

Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, fund administrators, and legal counsel, driving efficient audit and tax processes

Review and oversee investment- and property-level accounting and reporting from joint venture partners and property managers

Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable systems, processes, and internal controls to support platform growth

Provide strategic and analytical support to senior leadership on fund structuring, capital raising, and new initiatives while mentoring junior team members
