Responsibilities

Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience
Must have experience selling into the medical device industry
Proven success managing a North America sales territory
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
Experience in the plastics, rubber, extrusion, compression molding or injection molding is highly preferred
Demonstrated long-term employment history with previous employers; minimal job hopping
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong consultative selling skills
Experience selling into regulated or technical environments
Ability to manage complex, long sales cycles
Strong relationship-building and customer retention skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High level of professionalism and ethical standards
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable representing the company at customer sites and industry events
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, quality, operations)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field
Experience selling OEM or contract manufacturing solutions
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Office 365 Dynamics
Experience supporting customer qualification, validation, or audit processes
Ability to understand and communicate technical product specifications
Experience working with global or international team/ customers
Experience identifying new market opportunities and strategic growth areas
Strong negotiation and contract review experience
Prior experience working in a performance-driven, growth-oriented organization
Experience in medical, healthcare, or life sciences markets
Experience with thermoplastics, elastomers, TPE, or polyolefins would be a plus
