Responsibilities

Building backend services that power training pipelines and orchestration
Designing APIs and internal tooling used by engineers and researchers
Owning async workflows, job scheduling, and high-throughput systems
Improving reliability, performance, and scalability of production services
Working close to distributed compute and GPU-backed workloads
Helping shape architecture early in a fast-moving startup

Required

Strong backend engineering experience
Comfortable owning services end-to-end

Experience working close to infrastructure, cloud, or platform systems
Startup mindset with high ownership

Preferred

Exposure to ML platforms, data pipelines, or compute-heavy systems
Experience in platform or infra-adjacent product teams
