Responsibilities

Evaluate site plans and roadway and utility construction drawings for municipal code compliance, constructability, and value-engineering opportunities

Design preliminary residential layouts, grading plans, and utility plans for project feasibility studies

Review and interpret technical reports, including geotechnical, traffic, and environmental studies

Perform site assessments to verify existing conditions and proactively identify potential concerns or constraints

Attend planning and zoning meetings to represent development interests and facilitate project approvals

Maintain organized records of permits, plan approvals, due diligence materials, and ongoing project correspondence

Review surveys and title documents to identify property constraints and mitigate project risks

Collaborate with external engineering consultants to ensure accuracy of plans, alignment with project goals, and timely submittals

Work closely with internal team members to meet project milestones, stay within budget, and uphold quality standards

Demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the role
