Alpha is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to manage heavy civil and site-development projects from estimating through execution. The role involves overseeing project execution, coordinating field operations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Manage heavy civil and site-development projects from bid award through closeout
Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for earthwork, utilities, and site infrastructure
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material procurement
Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
Communicate with owners, engineers, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines

Qualification

Required

Experience in heavy civil or site-development construction project management
Strong estimating, cost control, and project coordination skills
Knowledge of earthwork, utilities, grading, and site infrastructure
