Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret complex healthcare and financial data to inform business decisions

Prepare and manage the annual budget for national programs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion revenue integrity excellence

Support the development and implementation of new approaches to Medicaid Risk Adjustment

Required

Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in healthcare or insurance

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.)

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree (required or 5 plus years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree)

Preferred

Familiarity with Medicaid Risk Adjustment

Ability to design and code efficiently in SQL, SAS, or similar programming languages

Experience with Databricks

Knowledge of predictive modeling techniques
