Responsibilities
Manage the receiving, inspection, and put-away of inbound shipments, including LTL and small parcel freight
Coordinate and schedule receiving activities, including Will Call pickups (interfacing with both customers and sales teams)
Perform detailed inventory control, reconciliation, and research to maintain inventory accuracy
Operate powered industrial equipment as needed (less than 60% of the time)
Participate in stock rotation, bundling/kitting breakdowns, and component sorting
Handle returns processing and update inventory systems accordingly
Ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders to meet customer SLAs
Maintain records and process documentation within internal systems
Support continuous improvement efforts and identify process efficiencies
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control roles, ideally in a senior or lead capacity
Demonstrated proficiency in warehouse systems and materials handling procedures
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely and efficiently
Preferred
Proven experience using inventory systems such as SAP, IMFirst, or IMPulse
Familiarity with RF scanners and related warehouse technology
Strong communication skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams
Ability to multitask and troubleshoot issues independently
Experience training or mentoring team members a plus
