$20/hr - $20/hrLaRose & Co. is a boutique Klaviyo retention marketing agency serving eCommerce brands. They are seeking an Account Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination, client communication, and ensure the smooth execution of email campaigns.

Responsibilities
Task Management: Own the flow of work through our project management system by assigning tasks, updating statuses, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Client Communication: Deliver completed work to clients, send follow-ups, answer routine questions, and keep projects moving forward
Klaviyo Execution: Schedule and test emails in Klaviyo, ensuring everything is accurate before it goes out (links, merge tags, segments, send times)
Project Coordination: Track timelines, flag bottlenecks early, and proactively communicate with the team when things need attention
Quality Control: Review work before it goes to clients, catching errors, ensuring brand consistency, and maintaining our standard of excellence
Qualification
Required
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written communication (clear, professional, warm)
Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously without dropping balls
Self-directed and reliable in a remote work environment
Comfort with technology and quick to learn new tools
Preferred
Experience in an agency or client services environment
Klaviyo experience (or similar ESP)
Account management or client coordination background
Familiarity with project management tools (we use ClickUp)
Availability for at least 20 hours per week, within our working hours of 9am–4pm CST
