Infojini Inc is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations for over 2,500 employees across the US and Canada. The role involves collaborating with HR, Finance, and external vendors to deliver seamless payroll services using advanced systems and technology.

Responsibilities

Manage timely and accurate payroll processing for US and Canada using ADP Workforce Now (Canada) and SuccessFactors/SAP Payroll (US)

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial tax regulations; register entities with tax authorities and resolve tax notices

Validate payroll for expatriates and stock option processing in partnership with external providers

Oversee year-end activities, including W-2 and T4 issuance and testing

Generate ad hoc payroll reports using SAP and ADP reporting tools

Support system enhancements and integration projects; perform configuration, testing, and validation in SuccessFactors, SAP, and ADP Workforce Now

Assist with internal and external audits (benefits, pension, worker’s compensation) through accurate reconciliation of payroll and tax data
