Responsibilities

Know and follow general company and corporate policies and procedures
Know, understand, and follow department policies and procedures
Develops and maintains positive customer relationships
Acts as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer(s) to discuss cost, schedule and technical performance
Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions – such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications in a timely manner
Communicates program objectives, schedule, status and risk with Management
Expedite part deliveries internally and externally as required
Coordinate customer visits and program reviews
Report to work on time, follow instructions from supervisor or management, interact well co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures
Active member of the Safety Committee & Emergency Response Team
Other various duties as needed or as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years progressive experience in Program Management in manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing and Contracts experience is a plus
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Ability to read and write the English language
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15)
