Start in 2027 SummerAccess Holdings is a next-generation alternative asset manager providing investors with access to the lower-middle market. They are seeking outstanding undergraduate candidates for their Summer Analyst Internship Program, where interns will gain direct exposure to private equity investing and participate in critical components of the investment process.

Responsibilities
Conduct and compile industry and company research
Create industry overviews and prepare responses to diligence discussions
Work with Associates to draft industry assessments
Partner with other Investment Team members to present Investment Committee memo briefings
Present briefings on industry assessment findings during Monday meetings and team updates
Qualification
Required
Anticipated graduation in Spring 2028 with a record of high academic achievement (cumulative GPA 3.5 or higher)
Must be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship both now and in the future
High level of intellectual curiosity and initiative
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Innovative and creative thinking
Low ego, consultative style with an ability to influence through use of data and analysis
Collaborative team approach
