Technical Sales Engineer
Dynamic Devices provides cutting-edge liquid handling lab automation workstations to the Life Sciences and Clinical/Diagnostic industries. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will engage with customers, support lead generation, analyze solutions, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to meet company goals.

Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Present and demonstrate our innovative products to prospective customers, tailoring presentations to their specific needs
Lead Generation Support: Partner with the marketing team to strategize and execute lead generation activities
Solution Analysis: Assess project requirements and provide tailored solutions that best fit our customers' needs
Product Feedback: Collaborate with internal engineers to relay customer feedback and suggest product enhancements
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic, cross-functional team to meet company goals, adapting to various tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication with a dispersed team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
Comfortable with travel within the Midwest territory and domestically (30-50%)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for remote collaboration and customer interaction
Preferred
BS/BA in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred but not required
Previous experience in the life sciences industry and/or with laboratory automation systems is a plus
