Responsibilities
Maintain and update investor records in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness
Track incoming investor inquiries, acknowledge receipt promptly, and coordinate follow-up responses
Coordinate and execute investor communications, including newsletters, presentations, and announcements
Support preparation of standard investor review materials, including data inputs and formatting
Provide general assistance to the IR team on ad hoc projects and reporting needs
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in Financial Services or Private Equity
Genuine curiosity and desire to learn about Private Equity and Investor Relations
Exceptional accuracy and organizational skills are critical
Ability to design engaging LinkedIn posts and graphics; enthusiasm for owning social media initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication; professional and proactive in investor interactions
