Responsibilities

Meet sales volume & margin quotas

Communicate with crews, dispatcher and customers

Estimate pricing and prepare project proposals (good math and logic)

Purchasing project related materials

Customer service & support

Marketing / Networking / Prospecting for new customers

Various general office tasks

Qualification

Required

Must be mechanically inclined

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of various commercial doors and door parts

Computer literate with typing skills to write up proposal, emails, purchase orders, etc

Valid California driver's license with acceptable driving record

Reliable vehicle

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a must

Problem solving and critical thinking

Positive attitude

Excellent organizational skills

Preferred

Experience with repairs/installations of doors and dock equipment, preferred

Spanish speaking a plus
