Responsibilities

Configure and maintain compensation plans, rules, and workflows in Varicent
Validate incentive compensation calculations and resolve discrepancies
Provide functional support for Varicent users, addressing queries and issues promptly
Perform regular data audits and ensure accuracy of data feeds from CRM, ERP, and HR systems
Monitor scheduled jobs and workflows for successful execution
Generate and analyze reports and dashboards for stakeholders to track performance and payouts
Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and maintain system-related knowledge base
Collaborate with IT and Varicent administrators for system enhancements and upgrades
Support testing during new plan implementations or system changes
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce errors

Required

3–5 years of experience in incentive compensation, Varicent administration, or related support roles
Hands-on experience with Varicent ICM platform
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel; basic SQL knowledge preferred
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP/NetSuite), and HRIS (Workday) integrations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field

Preferred

Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
Knowledge of incentive compensation processes and best practices
Exposure to SaaS environments and system administration tasks
