Responsibilities
Lead social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok
Plan, manage and execute all content creation and calendars aligned with seasonal collections, weddings/events, and brand moments
Oversee content creation with photographers, creators, and internal teams
Oversee influencer outreach
Create content, flat lays, reels, .... daily posts
Write on-brand captions and storytelling that align with Adelyn Rae’s refined aesthetic
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversion
Collaborate with the E-commerce team on product drops, special promotions, and seasonal launches
Support email and paid social campaigns with aligned creative assets and messaging
Ensure social storytelling supports site launches, promotions, and key retail moments
Track campaign performance and share insights with cross-functional teams
Maintain a polished, feminine, and elevated brand voice across all platforms
Ensure visual and messaging consistency across digital channels
Partner closely with design, creative, and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years experience in fashion social media or digital marketing
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, content strategy, and performance analytics
Experience collaborating with e-commerce and marketing teams
Strong visual eye and attention to detail
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally
Strong communication and execution skills to lead
Creative, self-starter, ambitious and kind
