Responsibilities

Designing and implementing autonomous agent systems capable of contextual reasoning and adaptive decision-making
Developing and optimizing large-scale LLM-powered services, ensuring reliability, safety, and performance
Building and maintaining prompt engineering frameworks and tools that enhance model accuracy and consistency
Collaborating with product and research teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
Implementing safety, evaluation, and monitoring mechanisms for responsible AI deployment
Mentoring and guiding other engineers in ML best practices, architecture design, and experimentation workflows

Required

Hold academic qualifications in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
7+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering, with expertise in LLMs, NLP, or agentic systems
Demonstrate proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, Transformers, and LangChain
Able to demonstrate understanding of model optimization, evaluation, and safety for AI systems
Have experience building and deploying ML models in production environments using Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS
Demonstrate collaboration and communication skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional, diverse teams
