Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Ensure accurate and timely completion of all month end and yearend close processes

Reconcile accounts, manage general ledger, and ensure compliance with internal controls

Analyze financial information and summarize financial status

Manage and support accounts payable and receivable activities

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

Conduct variance analysis and report findings to senior management

Collaborate with external auditors and ensure audit compliance

Stay updated with current accounting standards and regulations

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred
