Responsibilities

Perform operations as the subject matter expert on all processes within your area of responsibility in clean room environments and launch pads
Independently execute and prioritize work to meet launch manifest
Use precision calibrated tools – torque wrenches, multimeters, optical inspection devices, micrometers, and dial calipers
Read, write, and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
Perform work according to procedures, specifications, and test instructions
Run functional testing on satellites, including some basic troubleshooting operations
Use computer software programs for tests and work instructions
Check and inspect your work after completion to ensure engineering and quality standards are met per the drawing and work instruction requirements
Collaborate with manufacturing & design engineers to develop and document activities, including continuous improvement opportunities and work instructions
Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient, safe and effective work environment
Shift schedule will vary, depending on production/launch schedules, but majority of shift schedule will be dedicated 2nd shift
Must be willing and able to perform extended travel up to 25% annually, either domestically or internationally as business needs demand

Required
