Responsibilities
Shape the Vision: You will define product strategy and roadmap for AI and data solutions in partnership with the VP of Engineering
Turn Ideas into Action: You will translate business challenges into clear product requirements for AI systems and web applications
Drive Delivery: You will own the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment between business goals and engineering priorities
Collaborate Across Teams: You will work closely with developers on API design, data models, dashboards, and user experience
Grow Your Skills: You will develop hands-on expertise with AI tools and coding assistants, supported by leadership
Ensure Quality: You will participate in sprint planning, testing, and monitor post-launch performance to deliver exceptional user experiences
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
5+ years in technical product management or similar roles
Experience working with software development teams in Agile environments
Familiarity with generative AI technologies, LLMs, or AI-powered automation platforms
Strong understanding of APIs, data modeling, and web application development
Excellent communication skills—you can translate technical concepts into clear business language
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies
